Emotional betrayal and trauma is scary. Left love bonded and hurt and confused, abused, lied, gaslit, cheated, lovebombed then the rug pulled, dismissing all of it like it never meant nothing... using your weaknesses and traumas and vulnerabilities you opened up and shared against you, framed by the person you loved... is scary... Love and itimacy is the beautiful part... unless it is handed to the wrong person... and unless you are not stong enough and filled in in this whole dating games/relationships/mental health/ self preservation, and when to quit... or been hurt many times before by abanonment etc. Bible/Disney etc, make out if you are a nice enough person you should get good and be able to get along. We are way more complex... and sometimes even love and dedication and will is not enough. ..
