This seated, beginner exercise for lymphatic health and lymphatic flow is 10 minutes long. It's a full-body lymphedema exercise routine to stimulate the lymphatics and get the lymphatic system moving.

Excellent. I will be 96 next month. Have been diagnosed as having Sjogren’s Syndrome. Kelly’s videos are helping greatly.

Hi this is great but could you do a video for people who are obese and have other issues like arthritis. My shoulder is impaired and my body shape is big and my balance is not the best.

I been searching!. Capstone across your video but Captain I hope this is exactly what I needed. 15 months of hell on my body.... Trying to get back into things. You can't do the strength training but I could a year-and-a-half ago...

great video demonstrations. You would be a great speaker to present at the Fat Disorders Resource Society (FDRS). Many women have lymphedema and lipedema and your lymphatic techniques would be a great addition to their conference. Also would love to see a video on vibration board and suggestions for this for beginners with lymphatics and also one on scalp/head lymphatic release/drainage would be amazing. Thanks for your wonderful content.
