You'll notice that her plant based breakfasts always include⬇
a fruit that includes Vitamin C (helps to absorb iron)
a starch or whole grain (good for gut health/keeping her full)
a source of healthy fat (great for absorbing nutrients)
This is pretty much the same for her lunch/dinner meals-- except I always like to add a veggie or two! I love to feed my little one healthy meals!💚
Do your kinds eat plant based/vegan? If you can incorporate as many whole foods as possible into your toddler's meals, then you are definitely doing their little bodies a favor!💚
I always like to include ALL the colors! Don't you find bright, beautiful colors appealing, too?😃
