I've been enjoying a WFPB diet for about 15 years now and I feel fantastic. This has kept me healthy, strong and lean -- it is an act of love for myself, the animals and the planet. Best thing I ever did.

I'm a huge meat eater as to why i developed  psoriatic arthritis. My hands, knees and feet are affected with arthritic pain. So I've been bedridden  for 3 months because my feet and knees were extremely painful. But when i started to ditched meat, sugar and dairy i started to walk again but limping. The pain reduced for like 50% and my psoriasis is completely dry now. And also, my dad died from heart attack due to the said diet as well

I weighed 235 pounds in March of 2019. I started the WFPB LIFESTYLE (I don't call it a diet) and weighed 167 pounds by July. I worked out a lot as well. I never felt better. I unfortunately fell back into my old ways and am now back at 230 or so. I am planning on starting this lifestyle again. I want to feel good. It works.

Such an informative video! The benefits you outlined for a whole food plant-based diet are eye-opening.t's incredible to see the positive impact on cardiovascular health, weight management, and overall well-being.

I'm somewhat new to wfpb eating, but it's been incremental. I just kept liking the food better and meat les and less. My once raging sweet tooth just slowly went away almost without noticing. The real food is wonderful once your palate starts to adjust. The other stuff loses its appeal. This surprised me.

So a high carbohydrate diet. The carbohydrates in vegetables are the same as eating grains.

I was a type 2 diabetic. Tried his diet and nothing happene.

Went on a high protein, medium fat and low carbohydrate diet dropped 53 lbs and my blood sugar is 85 to 95 without medication.

Plant food diet left me weak and tired a majority of the time. Eating meat and fish and protein, eliminating carbs and sugar, I have never felt better and have zero cravings. I have sustained energy and eat much less. Just reporting the facts, judge me if you like. I have done both long term..

I agree with him saying people can reverse things by controlling what they put in their mouth and I’m all for health and wellness, but that also doesn’t mean it has to be plant based by any means. You can swap a bowl of cereal for eggs and turkey bacon. You can swap a burger and fries for grilled chicken and roasted potatoes. There are always alternatives that you can turn to but it does not mean in any way that plant based is the holy grail of diets, I have tried and seen through others that it does not seem to be the most sustainable or nutritious thing you can do for your body as a whole.

No salt? - ok, make sure you never cry or sweat. Electrolytes are necessary for functioning

I agree about being responsible for what we eat. However there’s literally a carnivore diet doctor that said exactly what this man said but replace plant-based foods with animal-based foods. Specifically talking about how some people beat Covid easily etc. so who do you believe? I would rather somebody eats a plant based whole food diet than a standard American diet but as a whole the carnivore community seems leaps and bounds mentally emotionally and physically healthier than all of the plant-based crowd. so many people think it’s a miracle how they feel when they switch to the carnivore diet. A lot of people feel better and even heal from illnesses when they first switched to a plant-based diet also. Most of it is for the same reason. It’s when they cut out processed foods. And drastically reduce the amount of added sugar, but it’s not because they stopped eating red meat. I totally believe that within a lot of our lifetimes it will be widely known that a lot of what we’ve been told it’s healthy for the last few decades was known to be a complete lie. Bring on the fat and the red meat! Cardiovascular disease is caused by carbs not fat.

I respect vegans. They make a real effort to eat healthy. I can not eat a plant based diet, I need meat, especially red meat. And fat.

You need salt. Celtic or other high quality not highly processed salt. Grass feed beef, and eggs is what we need. Peace
