Carnivore for three months. I love it. First two months big learning curve. I went quickly that you can’t live on poultry and fish alone for too many days. I’m at a point now, where I only crave meat. I don’t think about food until I am hungry. I feel more in control than ever in my life and I’m 61 years old. I had high blood pressure. I checked it this morning and after three months of being carnivore, it’s 117/72.

Thank you for being honest and not like other influencers or YouTube personality. Variation is key. My wife and I was strictly vegetarian for years and always still in chronic pain. Switched it up to carnivore and my wife haven’t complained about pain in wks

Carnivore (only 5 days this time) makes me feel clear headed and full of energy. (Blood type A+! ) Thankfully for me it also re-started my weight loss 1.5kg in 5 days is a lot for me. I will continue on for a while, we have so many yummy veg and fruit growing though that I’ll probably be Ketovore. Changing it up is certainly a good idea for me. Thank you Dr Mindy for all you do and the info you share

This all makes sense! I am B+, too. I've always been a big meat eater. And when I don't prioritize meat, i feel horrible. I'm actually miserable if I have a salad with no meat or protein. I am definitely going to try the cycle of 511. Thank you so much for sharing your wealth of knowledge, Doctor Mindy.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and have been carnivore for 5 months. It’s literally the only relief I’ve found from my pain and inflammation since my diagnosis 13 years ago. I also have Adult ADD and used to have anxiety and depression. Since going keto I was able to stop taking my anxiety meds, after going carnivore I was able to stop my depression meds. I was keto for over a year, but weight loss was slow, and no real relief from my RA symptoms. Carnivore jumpstarted my weight loss again. I just buy regular grocery store meat. “Organic, grass fed, grass finished” isn’t in the budget, mainly because my husband still eats standard american diet.

You always bring a balanced perspective on all of these different eating/fasting/lifestyles, and you respect that everyone is coming from a unique body chemistry, mindset, and stage in life. I love that you back up the claims with science and research, and that you are a champion of being flexible and open minded to try different styles and you are always open to tweaking and adjusting. The best thing I have learned from you is to be flexible and change things up. I tend to do the same thing for long periods of time, and I wonder why I get stalled- now I know thanks to you! Regarding poop: dogs on a raw meat diet have dry, much smaller poops and they do not smell. You don't even need to pick up the poop. It's almost dehydrated, it's so dry. Plus our dogs hardly drink any water since they get it from their raw meat. What I'm thinking is perhaps something similar happens when humans eat carnivore. Not raw meat tho.

from UK, I love this video. I am just starting carnivore, I have done the beef and butter thing for 3 days. With carnivore you have to be creative, there is a lot of stuff you can have not just Beef. Great Vid keep it up. .
