Today is my first day trying this. I felt a burn in my legs and nothing in my stomach. Anyone else experiencing this? Maybe I'm doing them wrong. Edit: I'm going on 3 weeks of doing this and i can really tell a difference. It took me about a week to learn the moves and feel it in my stomach. Don't give up you beautiful ladies, you're stronger than you know!

Im doing this exercise 3 months already and i seen a lot of improvement in my body shape, i feel healthy and energetic im doing this exercise every otherday sometimes 3 times a week without diet im continue doing this exercise even after work, from Philippines 🙂

Update i did not lose any kilos. However, i did lose 4 inches off my waist. Will update again in a months time 😁

I’m 12 (almost 13) and I do this once a week and I recommend this as well as doing some stretches afterwards. I am currently 49kg and 163cm tall and I would like to get to 38kg. I felt a slight leg burn and was sweating afterwards, so I highly recommend this workout.

This is my 5th day doing this work out . My first day I couldn't do it and I was talking breaks but in my 5th day I am be able to do it without taking any breaks. I see some good results for my belly but I will keep on doing it .

I'm going to try this workout for 10 days. Let's see, it's work or not❤️!

Day 1: ✅(pain but not much. I can feel something, but no different in body . I can sleep well)
Day 2:✅(no different in my stomach, but can see a bit in legs. Little pain, Not much as first day)
Day 3:✅(pain, can see different 1% at my legs)
