Love pineapple. It contains bromelain which helps with digestion but also has anti bacterial and anti inflammatory properties and can be beneficial for stomach discomfort as well as sinus congestion.

My daily fruits (on average): 1 mango, at least 250 grams of blueberries, 2 bananas. It even tastes better when I read comments about how bad fructose is😆
