It's not commitment you don't like, it's restriction. Negative experiences will affect your view on certain things. I'm sure there is at least one person in this world who you can commit to and still remain a free spirit. That's love. You're trying to rationalize your choice without depreciating your value.
That's not how it works what makes you desirable if do desirable if you fail to exhibit those traits then you become less desirable.
