This 20 Minute workout uses both fat burning cardio and ab strengthening moves to blast fat and tighten and tone your tummy. Using both standing cardio and abs, as well as mat work, you'll get a complete workout in 20 minutes. Options for all fitness levels. No equipment needed!

I previewed it first and thought I could manage it at the basic low impact starting level, & this 65-year-old made it to the end! I'll see how sore I may be tomorrow, but I do your standing abs with & without weights during work breaks--love them! On the skater move I focused on the torso twist by touching the back palm to the back of my thigh & the front one to the side; that helped me. Thanks for another great workout!

Thank you for this Amy! I do get overwhelmed with deciding which workout to do and then I don't do them! So this helps me focus on my goal without having to spend time deciding.

Wow Amy your exercises are addictive! I started exercising seriously for the first time ever (always hated exercising unless it involved dancing lol) in July this year and a month in I had lost 2kgs postpartum weight- I have really been enjoying myself and feel lost when I don't get a chance to exercise with one of your videos. For that reason I have shared your videos or more like forced them onto my family!😂

Thank you! I use this workout in a mix with some of your others and some from MuTu (I completed the program 😁 but I still go back to it once a week). I really appreciate how you suggest modifications to mix things up and that you encourage ppl to do what they can. Sometimes I'm tired from being up with a baby through the night, but it feels good to at least do something even if it's lower impact.
