Actual question: I probably just have tight/weak hip flexors, but leg press really makes my hip flexors unhappy. It’s weird because hack-barbell squats don’t and still involve heavy hip hinging. Any advice?

hey bro if you had just 4 days to work out what would be the ideal split? I hear upper-lower x2 suggested a lot is there another option, I’m not a huge fan of upper days cause they’re very long
