You can hear it in her voice she’s been thru so much. It really hurts to recognize it. Anyone who was or is dealing with this type of person in a relationship knows this pain n it only gets much much worse thru divorce. Then the courts won’t help you protect your kids so it’s a whole different level of abuse. This is why women stay.

Omg mine said the EXACT same thing. I rarely drink. takes me 8 months to finish a bottle of wine. He also said I need a psych evaluation. Meanwhile he failed the court ordered drug test

This is happening to me, I feel your pain girl. Alienating parents, family Courts, their cycle... It's a nightmare. It's even tougher for a guy ensnared by a female narcissist. Guys get railroaded so quick, even if they falsely accuse you over a Recorded incident

Can you prove character through emails and texts? i.e. if it can be shown that this person has a history of dishonesty, manipulation, coercion, or it can be proven that this person has lied about multiple things in the past, would this destroy the liars credibility in court?

Thank you, Tina. I had same issue. How did you catch him? My 1st atty suggested I do breathalyzer to prove I wasn't alcoholic. I passed all for years, up to every 7 hours, even when kids weren't with me. The device didn't work a couple times because it wasn't calibrated. He illegally kept kids from me and had his comrade break into my home and take my child. Why didn't he have to do this when he admitted to drinking wine, beer, bourbon, brandy, vodka, etc? He also drinks and drives as does his mom with my kids in car. Evaluator believed him as did judge. He's a cop, and I am still harassed. They've all also perjured themselves at trial. This is my story couldn't take the control anymore pack up my girls & left!!! I accomplished an apartment and a vehicle my girls did wonderful in school we left the drama. no child support what so ever despite I managed to get the job done. When the NPD found out he said I was on public assistants he said I was sleeping with his family it was insane its been 4 years that I left now in school for my nursing my girls are the most important Self - Care 2020

What's the proper response to erroneous remarks in court. Do you respond? Do you say, That is erroneous, or say nothing unless the judge asks you to respond?

Your story is nearly identical to mine. The difference is, I'm being accused of neglect, criminal behavior, being a drug addict, child abuse, and more. The reality is: I'm one of the most loving and compassionate and nurturing moms you'll ever meet. I have proven my sobriety with blood tests, UAs, hair follicle testing, D&A evaluation, and witnesses.
My ex is a self-taught genius and a sociopath. Comes from a family with a lot of wealth and incredible persuasive power in Social matters. She has a lawyer who is one of the best in the area. I had to represent myself. I was completely unprepared and I lost.
I have two daughters. Willow, age 10, and Daisy, age 6. Willow has a different father who is voluntarily out of the picture. She lives with me. Her and Daisy were inseparable, best friends, and the light and Joy Of My Life.
My ex won't allow Daisy to see or speak with anyone in my family including her sister. I've spent a total of approximately 20 hours with Daisy since he took her from me on August 29th of 2018. Those were court-ordered supervised visitations. The visitations are supposed to be every Wednesday after school until 7 p.m., and every other Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at my home. But he won't follow the parenting plan. He keeps coming up with more lies and accusations that are so far from the truth it's heartbreaking. Willow misses her sister so much that it is becoming detrimental to her happiness and mental health as well as mine.

How would I go about getting the court docs stating what he has said? Is there a way to get a copy of everything from the courthouse? My divorce never went to court. It was all done with mediation., I had alot to prove that he was a narc and the sbusei had to endure by his hands. His lawyer and mine worked hard to keep the court out of it and to settle.

Yesterday a letter from family court came to my house for my daughter. It was a notification for the postponement of a her court date that she was never notified of . She doesn’t reside here. I am the only one who receives the mail. There were never any other letters notifying of any court date. She doesn’t even know what it’s for but we are suspecting that’s it’s something shady

I’m not a fan of the “my truth” phrase. It’s THE truth. Saying “my truth” makes it sound like there could be more than one version and is subjective.
