Great advice!
One question, though: I work in education and whenever I update my principal or administrator in advance, they end up giving me more work. As a result I communicate less with my superiors. Any suggestions?

What if you been at a job 3 years and boss still micromanaging and checking your work every end of the shift. Should i just leave or transfer i feel like I'm being singled out😡😡😡😡😡
