I know this is probably ineffective, but one thing I do is completely shut down and start responding very or sometimes don't respond at all. My boss has really increased micromanaging since I've accepted a job offer last week 😅😂

If you don’t have one already, can you do a video on bosses that are the opposite? Everyone always talks about the micromanaging boss but what about bosses that are on the complete opposite end of that? Those bosses that are too hands off, the company has no structure, no communication, no feedback, no constructive feedback, aloof, doesn’t even really know what you do, disconnected from you and your role? Hope that makes sense! Love the content ❤

So how do we go to the job interview equipped with questions to ask them to try and get an idea if they are a micromanager? I’ve had them say that they were not a micromanager in the interview then I discover that they were a mega micromanager once I got into the company. How can we save ourselves from this hell before it happens? Please help! What do we ask in the job interview that will get them to reveal their true management style?
