I was copying my files from mobile to windows moreover cut and paste, while copying my windows got hanged now i lost the data from mobile and windows both plus my windows doesnt recognize my mobile as usb . I tried ur methods to work for usb dedcriptor problem but didnt work. any solutions?

Hi! I've been struggling to get my Logitech Signature M650 Wireless Mouse working as whenever i plug in the usb i get the error message. Initially I thought that it may be due to my usb port being perhaps broken but i tried other mice from different companies and it worked fine. This mouse was also brand new, and when i had just received it the error message also popped up until it worked after plugging it in for the 10th time. However, the next day it randomly stopped working when i had my laptop off and i've tried repluging it a bunch of times but it still doesnt work. I tried so many videos but still cant seem to make it work, any ideas? Sorry if this is a long comment btw

For those it still didn't work, try rebooting your android/ios and then try again .... I did apply all the tutorials and lastly thought my cable is the fault but no all i had to do was reboot my phone ....

kindly first try and thoroughly clean usb port of both the device you are trying to connect and your laptop's usb port before going forward with his instructions because i too faced this problem, My mouse wasn't connecting to my laptop and was trying my hardest to find the solution and nothing worked and i just used a clean wet cloth and cleaned the ports and guess what it worked.
