Fix Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)

My external HDD wouldn't show up. I tried this and it worked. Thanks dude!

It's a 4TB WD Elements External HDD. I first disabled and reenabled it, didn't work. Then I uninstalled it, and restarted my laptop. I finally disabled that battery saving feature, and reconnected it.

Thx bro, my camera was having issues and when i disable and enable the unknown usb device, it works again.

Sir I'm unable to connect my phone to my laptop by using usb cable.But other phone is able to connect, this issue is only for my phone.But phone connected in other laptop by same USB cable.Sir plz suggest what I do my problem is not fixed yet
