Awesome burner! I was feeling good so I ran through the muscle murder sequence twice. Turned it into a 40 minute workout.

Oh my goodness, stepped it up a notch and used 28kg every exercise except for skull crushers stayed on 20kg, awesome combination of workouts as usual.
