This is your BodyFit by Amy 30 Minute Kettlebell Fire Workout. This is day 15 of Next Level November and today we are bringing the fire. We'll get strength, power and we'll bring the fire using our kettlebells. If you have a couple weight options keep them close by, otherwise just use what you've got. I'll give you lots of different options, so listen to your body, work to your level, and above all just keep moving. Are you ready? Let's do it!

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Amy, thank you for the workout love kettle bells. I felt a little rushed though and my form might have suffered I feel like I have to do this work out two or three times to get my form correct as I did not have enough time during the work out to make corrections. Thank you for all you do I look forward to your workouts
