I’m a man closing in on 49 this year. In my family line, the first thing that goes body wise is our abdomen, resulting in “dad bod” gut. hey after doing core work 2x a day every day for the past 3 months I was able to do all the advanced versions including the one armed plank with relative ease. I'm thrilled and as a core fan this is one fo the best workouts for core. Thank you!! Blessings!

Remember to listen to your body and eat clean! If you pair this class with a clean diet and do it every day, the results on both your mental and physical well being will be incredible. Always work out to feel great #1, then everything else that comes is all a bonus on top!!

I thought im going to die last march due to covid.i was gasping for air, felt tightness in my chest, nauseous, In fact, my partner hooked me already to an oxygen tank. I am sure, i was carrying it, but afraid to visit a hospital. After 6weeks, i regained my strenght, can eat and breath normally. I'm now able to medicate my pet patients, thanks to Juliana and Mark. I been a subscriber since two years ago or more.if not to your yoga videos, im really can't get through.Thanks to our Lord almighty, He lead me to your awesome teachings.
