I am a doctor and I can say by looking at my patients after about half to one year post extraction, their faces definitely change. They, simply, loose youthfulness of their faces. There is a loss of bone tissue and slight difference to how muscle work in a bite.... also it can affect the posture later on.

I got three tooth taken out in the back and two at the top and I feel like I think it changed my jawline and made it more flat because I have my cheek bones but my jawline is more flattered now and my face look more narrow

The girl is literally showing images of her face before and after wisdom teeth extraction. Images. Real images. Not written testimonials (there are also a lot of these).
And yet you choose to gaslight her and all of us.

Don't listen to her, she's a dentist and not an orthodontist.

Bone loss comes with removing them. Look at leanardo and brad pit. Leonardo took all four after titanic and brad pit never took out his. While there isn’t really much of a change to Leonardo’s face shape. He did loose sum “youthfulness” or the cheek “puffiness” that makes one look youthful.

My mouth changed shape when I had my back teeth removed . Too late now to have implants . I have an ugly mouth now . I am doing facial exercises now and there is a bit of an improvement . I hope there is more of an improvement in the next few months .

You should never get any of your teeth removed. There’s much healthier ways to fix teeth problems.
I absolutely regret having 6 of my teeth pulled out because it was completely unnecessary at the end of the day and I found out too late. The problem with orthodontics is that they fix the teeth, but they do not assess the bigger problem which 95% of children coming in the clinics suffer from: poor oral posture leading to poor facial development. Fixing the teeth doesn’t fix the face. In turn, fixing the face would fix the teeth. If the maxilla and mandible grow properly, the teeth should have all their necessary space. Isn’t it weird how there isn’t a single child with good tongue posture that needs braces? Once I hit 16 and had my braces removed, my maxilla had actually recessed because I had 2 of my front bottom teeth and 2 of my top front teeth removed despite the fact I already had a receded chin. This stopped my maxilla from growing any further and instead recessed backwards by about 1 cm which in turn prevented the development of my lower jaw since their growth is connected.
And the funniest part is, dentists insisted I get my wisdom teeth pulled out even though there was absolutely no problem with the way they were growing. So out of fear and being young, I listened to the adults and professionals: I had my bottom wisdom teeth removed for no reason. They wanted to get my top ones removed as well but I never went back for it and guess what? They grew perfectly fine. There was never an issue to begin with.
At the end of my treatment, we removed about 6 cm of teeth to my face and the worst part is that no one had addressed a bigger issue I was clearly going through: mouth breathing. My side profile is literally shaped like a triangle because of all this, but at least now I know why I’ve always found my side profile to be repulsive I guess.
I feel like all this is purposely ignored in an attempt to get patients to pay for additional surgeries later in life, because I still hate the way I look. My face is kind of narrow. The fact I wear glasses helps in no way either. No one wants to look like the weird looking thin face nerd and yet that’s basically what I ended up looking like. Almost zero depth to my profile because of all the extractions I received and no fix given to my poor oral posture. All of this to say, the main reason people feel like their faces have recessed or lowered after orthodontics treatment is because they more than likely still have poor oral posture and no one told them to fix it. Most likely because that wouldn’t be profitable for orthodontics since you don’t need any of their treatment to fix this issue.
