Yeah. I had three wisdom teeth taken out at once recently and they weren’t impacted. Pain was so minimal I barely needed the pain medication and no pain on the third day. No need to chug extra calories and sugar! 😱

I didn’t do any pineapple juice glugging before my surgery, never used ice and never had any noticeable swelling. Like he said, it’s all about your specific situation. I was lucky and all were exposed and pretty straight except 1 crooked wisdom tooth.

Yeah I tried this and it just gave me a ton of sores inside my mouth ON TOP of my wisdom teeth pain.... Ugh.
Take Bromelain supplements if you HAVE to do that.

Had all 4 wisdoms taken out when I was 17. They were fully grown in, not impacted by any means, had them for 2 years before I started noticing jaw pain. So it was actually a simple tooth extraction on my end. Was absolutely stellar a couple hours later.

Just don't get general anesthesia, local anesthesia is all you need ever. I was pregnant for my wisdom teeth with only local anesthesia it was the quickest experience I've had.

pineapple juice helped my mom when she was kid and got hit in the eye by a ball and her eye swelled. however i sprained my ankle four weeks ago i tried pineapple juice and it didn’t help. in summary my ankles still swollen

Pineapple juice does work..if u start few weeks and be consistent thru surgery. I used this for foot surgery...no bruising compares to the same surgery on the other foot the year prior, without the juice protocol. Also helps heal faster

The first time i got my wisdom tooth removed i spent the first day sleeping because of the medication, but for the next days i was able to be out of bed without pain and i didn't get any bruises. I still used my medication tho.
The second time was exactly the same, and in 2 days i was tutoring again JAJAJ.

It is not rare, my body heals really fast. But that's not the case for everyone. One of my brothers ended up throwing up the first day and got inyected just in case. My other brother was swelling for 3 days straight JAJA. Idk, i like how my body works so fast 🛐🛐

I had two impacted and infected bottom teeth and two sideways uppers all four pulled at the same time under twilight and never got any swelling or bruising or pain at all like I genuinely told my mother to look back there and tell me if my teeth were still there and she was like nope there’s four stitched up holes I’m like bro if no one told me I wouldn’t have known….it was a crazy thing for the numbing to wear off and expect this rush of pain and bruising and never getting that and just waiting for the other show to drop! My friends and coworkers were all like really weirded out I’m like idek😂 over three years later I have no regrets

My sister had the horizontal impacted wisdom tooth removal last month and looked like someone beat her up in a gang fight. What helped her is ice pack. I think to reduce the inflammation and even stopped the cheek to be that inflamed is to apply light pressure with ice pack on the area, just like how someone tued ice pack to their face after plastic surgery.
