Hi, "um..." which is what I thought when seeing the data shown. For, just my opinion, but some sort of training seems to be useful to understand these reports, and time to do the training. I wonder if for users that cannot readily understand what the reports mean, if there are programs that can analyse all the reports generated, and then fix whatever needs fixing, please? Question for you? For some reason my desktop wont restart or shutdown. Ive disabled the "fast boot" in power settings. when I do a shutdown monitor goes off and the pc is unresponsive but fans and lights are still on and I have to manually shut it down by holding down power button. Ive seen and tried several things recommended online but to no avail. Its only started this the last couple weeks. I

hey, I updated my computer yesterday night and tried signing into my account and it instantly signed me out. I have 2 microsoft accoutns on it, my dads and mine (both are admins) i can sign into his without a problem but mine signs me in then instantly signs me out. any help?

Hello, I have found your videos very helpful. I do not have a login screen in either normal or safemode. Orginally the screen said my pin was not available and to reset pin. When I clicked reset pin, nothing happened. I reset the NGC folder but that did not work. I deleted the NGR folder but now normal and safemode screens are blank. I copied the NGC folder from windows 10 on my laoptop and put it into its C drive path on my desktop computer. I thought that would show the login information believing the file I deleted was corrupt. I have made multiple corrections using sfc /scannow, chckdsk, and offbootdir/offbootwin. The command prompt shows there are no problems. The log could not be transferred status 6. But the Windows Resource Protection says it cannot start the operation. When I did a search to show files, it says missing symbolic links. I believe if I could access boot into safemode or msconfig I could solve the problems. My drives show healthy. I have a media image reboot tool on my usb drive but I cannot boot into it even when I changed the boot configeration in Bios. I found a directory called EEK in my C drive and deleted it because my internet reaseach said that it was malware. I feel I do not need the reboot media image tool, if I could solve the problem myself. I have made so many corrections already, I think I am making headway. I cannot use the DISM, I get error 50. The chkdsk showed that several files were either deleted or replaced in the windows.old folder. So I deleted the windows.old folder believing there were several corrupt files in the folder. Before all of this started, I did a Windows 10 update. I cannot do system retore or startup repair.
