15-minute yoga for runners practice to support your body for healthy & sustainable running. This is a perfect 15-minute post-run yoga stretch practice to chill down and prepare the body for a full recovery. After a hard run or exercise, this technique provides excellent relief and rehab. It's also a great practice to keep up or maintain your running or cardio level.
This sequence stays low to the ground. Use your breath to stretch and calm your body's muscles, to stabilize your joints. This 15-minute exercise employs yoga principles to create balance and relaxation. Allow release, balance, and recover in fifteen minutes! You earned it!

really good stretch thank you, but please check through the video to make sure all the timer sound effects are working, I was sat doing a thread the needle far too long before I realised what happened

Some good stretches and sequences here but the audio is really aggressive. Music is too loud and active and some of the sequence switch countdowns are too quiet or non existent.

It’s also more of a dynamic or active stretch than a relaxing one.

That said, this is a good sequence of poses and active stretches.
