I've been doing many exercises and watching yoga videos for my knee pain. This was the one that stretched it out the most I think! So far I've only been getting more pain the day after every exercise for some reason, but this one already feels different.

That was brilliant thank you! Just one tip: For novices like me; it would really help not to have a black mat with black yoga pants: I can't see what exactly your doing in cat pose for instance.
