Thank you for sharing this information. I have had 3 early miscarriages with no known cause. Your personality seems very calm and welcoming and I’m about to binge all of your videos 😁

Thank you so much for this video! My husband and I are trying to conceive and this has been such a grey area in terms of information. I do not drink very often at all and when I do it's only one drink. This video completely eased my mind in terms of the guilt for even one drink during my cycle! I can always trust your advice and love your videos. Thank you so much for educating all of us who are trying to conceive!

Based on my experience, I only got pregnant after stopping drinking alcohol all together and my husband's sperm improved significantly ( the number of healthy sperm doubled) after 3 months of abstinence. We used to drink a glass of wine or two with our dinner. It turned out to be too much.

Does the study that mentions binge drinking show that just two incidents of binge drinking ( even if you don’t drink at all the rest of the time ) reduces your chance of getting pregnant in the next 19 months? Or just until you get your next period?

Does high alcohol intake affect fertility for that specific cycle, or does it affect fertility overall in the long run?
