Alcohol actually increases stress so there’s no point in drinking it…so does coffee…I got rose of both and have never felt so peaceful.

Are there studies on long-term, heavy alcohol use reducing the quality of eggs? I have nearly stopped drinking completely (one drink every two weeks maybe) but drank way too much for nearly 2 decades (sometimes a bottle of wine a night). I hope I didn't ruin my chances of conception. Now that I am 40 I am quite concerned and wish I thought about it sooner.
