🍰 Ingredients:

Cocoa powder 3 tablespoons
Warm water 60ml (¼ cup)

Butter 150g (⅔ cup)
Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
3 Eggs (medium size)
Plain Flour 175g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda ⅓ teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)

For the Chocolate filling:
Dark Chocolate 200g (1 cup)
Cream cheese 200g (1 cup)
Powdered Sugar 120g (1 cup)
Heavy cream / Double cream - 180ml (¾ cup)

Chocolate Drip:
Dark Chocolate 100g (½ cup)
Vegetable oil 1-2 tablespoons
Chopped Peanuts - a handful

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 43x33 cm (17x13 inches)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 12-15 minutes
