I like how open and honest you are while cooking. Whenever i see a recipe, everything is clean, perfectly mixed, things are "done" in less than five minutes, and i don't know, seeing the yolk still in the bowl, the "medium peaks" vs soft, the violence in the mix being hit to get out the bubbles. It's real, so i feel i can actually make it

If you don't know, this is a special type of cake called a cotton sponge cake, and if your cake is too dry or burnt on top try using a water bath baking method :D also, I recommend having a cream or sort with it because if tastes pretty eggy.
