It worked! I removed the SoundLink from my Android, powered on the Bose, long-pressed the Mute button, three LEDs began to flash, and my Pixel immediately asked to pair with SoundLink. Thank you!

thanks for the video... some drunk guy passed by with this speaker years ago and left it in front of my pad after it died on him. The next morning I found it and put it away forgetting about it until earlier this week when i found it after cleaning up the garage. Anyway, I bought a $10.00 charger, got it to turn on and linked it to my phone following your instructions... It blasted some tunes...It worked flawlessly after years of non-use. Thank you random drunk guy and and thank you for this video!!! :).

Just used these instructions on my 2009 SoundLink speaker that I have used for years but disconnected & would not connect to my new iPhone 16 Pro Max. I was about to throw it out (speaker, not the phone) but this reset worked perfectly. Thank you for your advice as I love this Bose.
