Bose QC & Sport Earbuds: Not Working, One Earbud Not Working or No Volume? Easy Fix!

I show you how to fix (hard reset) a pair of Bose QC earbuds that is having problems like not working, only working on one side, not connecting, connection issues, one side not working or volume problems, etc. This should work with a Bose Sports Earbuds as well. Hope this helps.

Thanks so much!! I have spent hours working with these earbuds. Finally got them to connect again after the factory reset. Right earbud cuts in and out sometimes but at least I can hear out of the left ear. So disappointed in these earbuds. But so very thankful for your support!!!

i havent found a video yet that can help me...i do the factory reset but it still doesnt show up on my iphone ..so frustrating and a waste of money on an item

100% solved the issue. Mine the right would blink blue but the left never did, it stayed solid white. I held the factory reset for a minute with no change.

But when I did the ‘Forget device’ step, the left one immediately turned blue to match the right side. I reconnected them. Then they both worked.

For me, it didn't work. I hear a "right side unlock" as if it were noise cancelling, but no sound comes out, only from the left side. I just opened the brand-new earphone, and the right side doesn't work at all. I've uninstalled it, tried to pair it with the MAC, and it also doesn't work on Android. Do you know how to factory reset it? Because it updated as soon as I did the first installation.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. My pair were only 5 weeks used when this happened.

I am very sad, this is exactly my problem. The right earbud seems to work from an electronic point of view, the battery charges, the shortcut commands work, it emits a start-up sound when placed in the ear. But it definitely does not play music, the sound only comes out of the left one. And I just bought and opened this brand-new earbud, it's a shame because I'm in Brazil and there's no way to return it. There's no Bose here and the LATAM support told me they would send a new one, but then they stop responding.

Worked perfectly for my bose sport earbuds had this problem where the right would only connect sometimes. Thanks for sharing was about to get rid of them but they are so much better then AirPods sound quality wise.

Problem - only the left hand earbud was working but same procedure for Bose QC Earbuds II even if the LEDs do not blink the same colour, thanks
