Bose QC & Sports Earbuds: How to Factory Reset (Hard Reset) | Fix Problems

I show you how to factory reset (hard reset) a pair of Bose QuietComfort (QC) earbuds. This should work with a Bose Sports Earbuds as well. Hope this helps.

Great clear and brief instructions to factory reset my Bose earbuds so that I can now pair with my newly-repaced Galaxy S21. Although, I did NOT have to plug in to charge cable, as buds were already 100% fully charged.

Btw, i have another set of earpods from Bose but lost that associated case, is there a work around where i can still use the ear pods with another charging case then they one they came with and i lost?

Great video. Boss's products always good. However, this earbuds may not be very practical when used for exercise, and I believe it can easily fall off. I prefer to use ear-hanging Bone conduction earphones. I am using the Wissony Hi Runner. It has good sound quality, stability, comfort and water resistance, and is worth recommending.

Hello, I have a problem with the brand new Bose QuietComfort Earbuds Headphones

Namely, when I try to connect these headphones to the phone via Bluetooth, the headphones connect to the phone without any problems.
But there is one problem - there is no voice, no sound at all in the headphones?

What could be the reason for the lack of voice? Are the headphones damaged or is there some other problem?

This on only clears the connected devices. You will notice the name is still the same (if you changed it) when you connect again.

There is no way to factory reset them apparently.

This is not a factory reset you got a thumbs down from read the bose article.

I have samsung ks8000 did the reset for Bose QC 2 via plug in and hold it for 20 secs until turned off then I closed the case and opened it like always it connects to my samsung Ks8000 then after 2 to 3 secs sound gets cutoff while they are still connected.
