Thank you for this video! As I progress through the exercises and stretches, do I still also do the previous ones as well? For example, if I do the heel slides and progress to the HS curls, would I only do the HS curls each day or would I do both the heel slides and HS curls?

Tore my hamstring last Friday. Damage still being evaluated. Already watching video to figure out what I can do with tear. I have already naturally started massaging the area. Inflammation picking up without ace bandage. Does ace bandage tug at skin naturally massage and prevent swelling simultaneously? If its tight enough i almost feel like skin and muscle are moving together. Thank you for video. I dont think Ill foam roll until next week

Hi Jared! I have had bad knee pain for about 9 months now and had a little accident back in December were I fell running. Went to an orthopaedic doctor, took X-rays and MRIs and was diagnosed with chondromalacia patella for the persistent knee pain and also had gotten femoral bone contusion with minor ACL tear in the already affected (left) knee. I also have pain in left outer hip and am doing exercises that you taught in a video 4 years ago. My orthopaedist recommended Hamstring strengthening physio therapy.
I started physiotherapy but my therapist used to made me do weighted quad muscle exercises which made chondromalacia patella pain even worse so I recently stopped going to the therapist. Do you have any recommendations for me? I am starting a new physiotherapist soon but I feel like your judgement is better than my local therapists can you please help me? Thank you.

I was doing stretching and resistance therapy exercises for almost a year (for back and knee) when a hamstring bafflingly became progressively more painful, until I stumbled on that leg, causing an amazing stab of pain. Thereafter I couldn't even sit without strong pain. I have no idea where it came from.
Now it's been a year since that, and I can drive the car without a pillow to sit on for about 1/2 hour before it becomes too uncomfortable.
Everything I read about or listen to online says it goes away in a few weeks with careful execise (which I've been doing) - I'm wondering why it is taking this long to completely heal? I think my best result has been laying prone and using a 12" resistance band on my ankles every other day.

Hi doctor Jared I have sciatica for a very long time and has made my left leg go so weak it's hard to put pressure on it as I have lost muscle and strength. I have just started your exercises, they are very helpful. Thankyou. What trainers would you recommend to wear please?
