INGREDIENTS
4 large eggs (boiled)
1/4 cup to 1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp paprika
2 tsp chives (optional)
4 rolls (small to medium sized)

Wonderful recipe!!

I love egg salad and always enjoy seeing everyone's different version. The yokes through the strainer was an interesting take that I hadn't seen before. Personally, I really like fresh dill and green onions.
