This is exactly how I make my egg salad down to the method of how you boiled your eggs (but with Hellmann's). I also like to add green onions when I have some for some extra flavor. 👍👍👍

this looks delicious! when i make egg salad, i usually just mash the eggs up all together. then i add japanese mayo and sriracha mayo, then i put it on some plain bagels.
