Scott, remember I told you that my dad had a heart attack 2 weeks ago? Well 6 days ago, he passed away at the age of 66. I went to his funeral yesterday and cried a lot. I don't wish the pain I'm going through on anyone, because it DOES hurt a lot. But I'm keeping strong and starting to apply for jobs again so I can fight for his legacy to keep the house that he worked HARD for the past 19 years.

Dad, I love you and I miss you.

Scott, you're one of the top fitness channels I watch on YouTube, so I trust you when it comes to fitness, nutrition and supplements. I beg you again, do videos on proper eating so people don't end up with a heart attack that took my father away from me last Saturday, or any other preventable illnesses.
