You will need these:

You basically drill a hole into the stand and send a 1/4 or 5/8 bolt (same thread style as cameras / mics etc) through the underside. Screw down the quick release plate. Tripod head on top of that. Another quick release on top of that. And once you secure the monitor with support tubes and frame, that will slot on.

The 4070 super is excellent for a combined 1440p CPU, in a mancave next to a tv that does 4k. I think it's the first 4070 series card to do this use case acceptably.

I am not sure that RT is becoming more relevant. I dont see it in any games lately, Alan Wake was last RT title and that game failed big time. UE5 games use their own thing and they are so demanding that RT would be to much anyway. None of Sonys new games that are doing very good lately have RT. It seems to me that RT is getting pushed away by lighter software alternatives and it makes sense considering how expensive RT capable GPUs are and how few people own them. Until we get mid range GPUs that will be capable of handling RT at 1440p i think we wont see it often in new games at least not in this form. Maybe next gen of GPUs changes things, we will see.

I just got a used 4070 for 450€. I was torn between 3080 for 400€ and 4070 for 450€ and the 4070 I could buy in person so that settled it.

Best choice for each budget is this:
Under 200$: rx 6600
230$ and under: rx 6650 xt
Under 300$ : rx 6700 xt/6750 xt
350-375$: rx 6800 (at 350$ it's the best deal of all)
450-470$: rx 7800 xt
530$ and under: rx 7900 GRE
650$ and under: rx 7900 xt

If you really need Nvidia for productivity, the rtx 4070 ti super it's the only one worth buying at 780$.

Do you want more benchmark results? I have 13 modern rigs with cards sliding in and out of them. I've tested a good amount of GPUs, but running the test the way I would run my systems so that I can get a good comparison for MY USE compared to myself and my own cards.... But I am also willing to share the data. However the benchmarks are done in my way, not necessarily the common reviewers method.
