I picked up a 5600XT last year for around 100usd and it's been performing like a champ for 1080p/60fps. It could probably use a repasting; it runs pretty hot if I try to play on ultra settings so I tend to drop them to high-medium, but other than that it's been performing admirably.
I fkn love the used market.

The reason rust flatlined even with the bios flash is because rust is basically completely cpu based. Most cards over 100 bucks should experience no fps difference between low and high settings as long as the cpu is decent

I got a nice condition 1660 Super for $90 plus shipping and tax; under $110 including everything. Definitely a win. 6GB is limiting for newer stuff but otherwise that's some serious performance per dollar.

I just picked up a 1660 super for a flip build, runs 2077 and ER at 60+ with some tweaking. Still an excellent card to put in a budget / price to performance PC

Ya'll sleeping on the Vega 64, it gained an immense amount of performance in the driver updates over the years and can be had for around a $100, Sapphire Vega 64 Nitro for less than $150
The performance in my testing is identical to the 5700xt and the odd game that really favors HBM2 it can greatly exceed it. Vega was a weird series for sure but its still a beast. Was just playing Helldivers at 1440p high at over 60
