Caffeine is definitely a mixed bag, but it's amazing if used correctly. Personally, I use it during cutting phases to help replace energy lost from lack of calories, plus it also serves as a mild appetite suppressant. I start small and ramp up carefully but as needed until the cut ends and it's time to bulk, at which point I almost drop it entirely so that I'll lose the built up tolerance before it's time to cut again.

Caffeine anhydrous does nothing for me anymore. I need to reset my adenosine receptors. Can drink a coffee in the morning and be ready to fall asleep if I didn’t have to work.

Almost everyone is unknowingly addicted to caffeine has wild ideas about what it actually does. I went on a deep dive recently reading about caffeine after realising how addicted I was, and now I’m completely off it. And my energy levels are vastly improved as a result. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who feels tired a lot.

Used to drink 2 or 3 cups per day for years, had to quit recently as I was getting terrible anxiety.

I quit caffeine and the sleep is incredible. I mean deep 8hr type sleep. I should’ve quit it sooner. That stuff messes your brain up

As long as I take it early and not late in the day, it won’t hurt my sleep and I get the benefits. Being “dependent” on it is not really a turn backed up by the science. And even if you are did it helps then being dependent on it ain’t so bad. That’s like saying you’re dependent on a food that makes you feel better when you give it because it gives you energy..

The one thing that helped me out is instead of using the giant scoop that they have you take, in a normal pre-workout supplement. I just use a way smaller scoop and it seems to just give me enough to get through the workout.

Caffeine is a stimulant and is addictive. It’s addictive and your body builds up a tolerance to the effects.

I usually drink 12 to 14 Budweiser's then chase that with a Pint of Kesslers , ,, Then I drink a cup of Coffee , , Makes me feel warm and fuzzy , , 😅

I find it somewhat odd that some people become dependent on caffeine. I drink coffee, and after a while, I just kind of get sick of drinking it and feel like I need to take a break.

I take a break, and I feel better. It's a randomized cycle. Sometimes, coffee makes me feel a little better, and other times, it just doesn't do anything, so I get tired of drinking it.

Yea I’ve had all these effects even got sent to the emergency 🚨 room a few times coffee and add pre workouts to the mix not a good deal !and I’m already a naturally energetic guy. I haven’t touched caffeine in like 🤔 15 yrs heart palpitations I got the whole nine man we abuse this shit in Iraq hahahaha as soldiers 😅

ehhh, the real problems with it is that youre already tired for some reason and you have to pee a lot while being less hungry and less thirsty. so your skin dries out and you get skinnier.

i've found that caffeine is almost more of a placebo thing. Which i don't mean to downplay it's effectiveness as a stimulant. I'm just saying the idea of being able to go get a coffee that i will enjoy is a far larger motivator than the actual caffeine itself.

I'll wake up in the middle of the night usually 2 or 3 am and finish off my whole can of monster I opened before I fell asleep and then I pass tf out
