Hi. We have a sit stand desk however height controller won't work. Model number is ZW101-H31W. I am unable to search where to buy this.
We have tried to replace the adapter but the controller won't switch on at all. Please may you help us as this is now becoming a junk for us now. Thank you in advance

Our office is filled with desks with this controller. On one of them, you can press and release a preset button and the desk will move on its own. Does anyone know how to set up other desks to do that too?

I have tried resetting one of the other desks but you still have to hold the preset button to keep the table moving

My table is higher on the left side than the right. The display shows LOS or LO5 and when I press the down arrow, it shows the ASR and then goes back to LOS/LO5 but does not do anything. Any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
