Re-set Operation & EO4 troubleshooting

1. Make sure the power is on

2. Press and hold both the Up and Down buttons, PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR HANDS GO UNTIL THE TABLE DECLINES to the lowest point and completes the rebound,

3. If you let your hand go during the process, you may damage the motor permanently.

4. After the rebound, let go of your hands. Try pressing the up button to adjust the height

How my issue was resolved:
Thing to remember: first of all, press down button all the way down and once it reaches 100% down, press up and down button simultaneously for “few seconds” until there is small up move (jerk) and you are good to go.

Hi. We have a sit stand desk however height controller won't work. Model number is ZW101-H31W. I am unable to search where to buy this.
We have tried to replace the adapter but the controller won't switch on at all. Please may you help us as this is now becoming a junk for us now. Thank you in advance
