FOR ANYONE HAVING A FLASHING “RES” I found a fix. This means your desk is probably all the way down and you need to raise it manually by hand and try the reset process again. I did this by hand turning the side without the motor and then taking a 7/32 socket and turned the end with the motor to go up. Then I did the reset process and it fixed the issue
