I purchased this desk two years ago. I use it everyday and move it up and down 5-10 times per day. I live in chile and brought this thing back on a trip. All I have to say is the Vivo customer service experiences was amazing. I had a problem with my desk, I left a message at 5:30 pm Friday, I had an email at 6:oopm. The helped me resolve my issues

After getting caught on something while lowering, I was confused why my desk wouldn't lower enough to be flush with my armrests anymore. I thought it was a hardware thing, but tried this and it worked perfectly. Thank you!

I have trouble with my vivo desk from time to time, but honestly it has worked just about as well as my $1200+ desks from Knoll that I have at our office. The price was right for vivo and wow does it go really high. I have the dual motor version, would buy again.

My desk became slanted for some unknown reason with one leg suddenly higher than the other, but this reset trick fixed things, thanks VIVO!

This was great. Mines was in error mode. Starting from error mode, I could lower it or plugging off did not eliminate the error. However, holding the down button for 10 secs helped it go down in rst mode and then it was reset at the bottom position.

I get to the reset part but when I go back to hold down it still says rest and numbers don’t come back up

I'm having an issue. When I raise my desk, it only raises the left side, not both. So I tried detaching the sync rod to troubleshoot but I couldn't. The sync rod is stuck on the motor leg. Any ideas?
