I've been having this issue for awhile now and a simple hard reset usually fixed it. But this time it didn't. Could not figure out what was going on and then tried EXACTLY what he said and it worked!! Thanks so much!

I cant believe this worked. Here's what I did. The base station was giving me a solid white charging light and was not detecting the headset when I put it into the base station. I followed your instructions and held the game and surround buttons. Booted right up (didn't have to hold for 10 seconds). They are working perfectly now. THANKS SO MUCH.
