Pumpkin Pie Recipe

For the Crust
2 1/2 cups flour
6 tbsp butter
6 tbsp lard (see video for notes)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup ice water

For the Filling
1 pie pumpkin (about 2 lbs)
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt
