I eat Fatty Grass fed beef, high protein no carbs and green leafy vegetables.
In 10 months I lost 110lbs. The Dr took me off all my Diabetes meds
I am no longer Diabetic

I am a female over 40, and I tried intermittent fasting (again) yesterday, went all day on water, walked over an hour, then ate two healthy, high protein meals....well I woke up 4 pounds heavier, and gained visceral fat, and my face looks terrible! (scale) I do not know why I keep trying this, thinking it will work, , but I think this diet is bad for females and fertility, if it can knock me off hormonally after one day, I can imagine what it could do after months to a younger girl.

Agreed about breakfast. However, I find it works best for me to wait 30-60mins. before eating brbreakfast instead of rising to eat right away. Additionally, it may sound odd, but I love fish for breakfast! Like in the Bible. 😋

I never understood why people skip breakfast. It makes sense to eat in the morning, something light mid day and that’s it.

Our bodies don’t digest food well when the sun is down. We should be preparing ourselves for rest, not feasting on endless food.

Why are you assuming everyone whose fasting wants to lose weight? Some want to gain it!

It makes sense to me that by fasting, you can make your body run more efficiently which can help you gain weight when you stop, but even when I specifically search for ways to gain weight while fasting, all I get is your annoying "fasting mistakes" videos!

Someone please make a video on how fasting could be utilised to gain weight rather than lose it!
