I got a 1$ raise in 3 years for a company that a bring good business to. This woke me up! Speaking my mind and separating friendships & business. That’s the problem right there. I mixed the 2 and now they think this is acceptable. 😢

It is raise time, and my supervisor said that no one in the company will be getting a five because that is a unicorn and no one is a unicorn. If you get a 3 that is doing very well and a 2 is doing your job. He asked that those of us who turned in our evaluation’s to look at them again because we may want to change our ratings.

Remember in college, my retail job i got a 15 cent raise. Managers were overjoyed. But i was like, you serious...15 cents 😅
