Madami dyan sa government walang silbi mga regular. Mga tamad mga regular. Kumukuha ng mga JO/contractual para wala na gawain ang mga regular. Alam ko yan dahil nagwowork ako sa government, tamad mga regular ipinapasa lahat gawain sa JO. Kaway kaway dyan sa PAG-IBIG.

Thank you Lord for the increase. I enjoyed salary increases in 2021, 2022, and 2023 from PRRD old salary law increase. Hope for another salary law increase in 2024 under PBBM. Kahit Salary Grade 6 lang ako masaya na kesa wala. Galing ako sa private sector matapos magtanggalan sa BPO panahon ng pandemic kahit malaki sweldo pero walang job security tenure useless lang. Salamat nkapasok ako sa government kahit walang kakilala kundi credentials at experience sa trabaho ang puhunan ko.

inflation is a worldwide phenomena, the difference is how the government is addressing the problem as the top domestic priority. one good way of facing inflation is to reasses spending habit. Government must save more and spend less. The Government should focus more on improving the services of the government employee that the public deserves instead of talking about their salary increase. It does not in any way will result in their better performance of their job, just look at the PNP, after doubling their salary they became even more worst.
