About the mistake no.3, I don’t really think more than 90min workout is necessarily bad, because it’s also depend on your rest time. For example, in my leg day, I usually rest for 4-5 min/set to fully recovery after lifting such heavy weight, so it’s abt 2h or more in total.

At the end of the day, I think it’s all abt the volume, intensity & rest time that build up the total time of your workout. If they’re on point, it doesn’t matter if your workout is longer than 90min.

I spend 2 hours. I do 8 exercises, with 4 being 4 sets and 4 being 3 sets. I do 2:30 rest in between sets, thats mainly why I spend 2 hours. I dont like resting for less my muscles dont feel recovered enough. I used to rest for more but I didnt want to be in the gym for that long so I shortened it.

If you want to do cardio before a workout just do a brisk walk instead of something intensive.
Light cardio for 10 minutes can get your blood circulating without causing a lot of fatigue.

the cardio fact helps, I knew that beeing tired was bad befor lifting . but sometimes still did it anyway, the pull down fast and put back slow will really help

I realizing going faster with good form on push-ups works better for because I don’t think about it I just do it sadly if that makes I wonder if could be more efficient to slow down losing my body but for it seems more likely to hurt/injure me. Thank you so much for the video!

Often I am in the gym for 2-2, 5 hours. It's not that I have a lot of exercises or sets, but long breaks and warm-ups

I train for more than 2 hours just because i always go with friends. So i rest a lot and i just like being in the gym.

I have been doing cardio first haha, will change that now. I normally don't know what to do, I just end up doing three sets of 15, 12 and 10 on different levels, but I just workout for half an hour.

What if I'm fully comfortable with a 2-3 hour workouts? I feel like I perform better when I don't have to think about time constraints and just focus on finishing my workout.

Thats fine, do cardio after as long as you warm up. So you see most doing little cardio in the beginning is just warm up, thats it. Warm up with cardio will not make you more or less fatigue. But as long as you can warm up first it does not matter. (Yes you might warm up again if you feel you need it again, it happens)
