I think I’ve been using too many peppers along with the sauce cause every time I make this it tastes super vinagery. Going to try using just 3 peppers in your version and hopefully it tastes closer to the real thing.

So easy. Thanks for showing us. It's just TOO EXPENSIVE to eat at Chipotle's now, especially when they give you next to nothing in the scoops. And, they give you the MEAN EYE if you ask for a little more. I don't care to do that anymore. Better just to learn to cook it at home and save so much money. I guarantee you that COPYCAT RECIPES are a popular topic now & forever.

Thick flank steak is not the proper way to enjoy Mexican carne asada tacos. It should be very thin and chopped sporadically.
