China's Army Ranks Explained

China's Army (People's Liberation Army) has many ranks, some of these ranks are so similar it can be confusing, as well as in what order they progress in. In this video, we explain a simple guide to the Chinese Army Ranks in Order.

During the cultural revolution the PLA abolished all ranks, but restored them in the 80's.
