The US military has been involved in continual conflict since the end of WW2 (1945), ideal for combat training, weapons evaluation etc. The PLA is renown for its parade marching.

The Chinese military is made of inexperience. That's all you need to know. They have very little modern wartime experience. Their soldiers have never seen battle and cannot pass what they know onto new recruits.
